Where can I find help for suicide prevention?

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 anytime in the US and Canada. In the UK, you can call 111. You can also visit 988lifeline.org for more resources.

Are there resources for drug abuse and rehabilitation?

Yes, for substance abuse and mental health services, you can contact SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357) or visit samhsa.gov. They can provide confidential treatment referrals and information.

Where can I find support for domestic violence?

The National Domestic Violence Hotline provides essential tools and support to help survivors of domestic violence so they can live their lives free of abuse. Call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or visit thehotline.org.

Food assistance?

This hotline will help you find local food pantries, food distribution, & assistance near you https://www.fns.udsa.gov/national-hunger-hotline & we soon will be starting with food drives in our area. 

What should I do if I'm experiencing sexual assault?

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) offers a national hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE and an online chat at hotline.rainn.org/online. They provide support for survivors of sexual violence.

How can I report or get help for child abuse?

If you suspect child abuse or neglect, please contact the National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-4A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) or visit childhelp.org.

Where can I find information on housing and shelters?

For help with housing and shelter, you can call the National Alliance to End Homelessness at [211] or visit endhomelessness.org. You can also dial 211 in many areas for local resources.
